This is a wonderful idea and I hope that when my son is a little older, he can use support like this. The resource page was very helpful. I am wondering how do parents get through hearing some difficult news about their child’s loss of vision?

I agree that this is such a needed resource. And I commend you Leah for taking such a bold step in creating this website. To do so at such a young age is so incredible. As a parent, I feel so helpless at times and wish that I could do more. I have faith in the science and techonology to come to help with these diseases. My son has RP and I just pray that something will come along that makes his life easier in the years to come. It's also nice to know I'm not alone.
